Guarantee and warranties
You must acknowledge that AirControl is not the manufacturer of the Goods. We will however transfer to you the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer or supplier of the goods.
All Daikin Air Purifiers are covered under a 3-year parts & labour warranty within the UK & Ireland.
For all other European countries the warranty will be 2 Year Parts & Labour. During the warranty period it will be the customers responsibility to return the item in a secure package insured against loss or damge. The replacement or repaired item will be dispatched to you at our cost.
Should you have a problem with a machine during the warranty period then in the first instance please contact AirControl Systems by telephone, fax or email. The manufacturer shall be responsible for honouring this warranty.
